Maya Cortez has been working with proxy infrastructure since 2019, first as a contract engineer at two e-commerce data firms and later as an editorial lead at ProxyLook. She writes the deep-dive reviews of enterprise residential and ISP vendors, and maintains the comparison criteria behind ProxyLook's scoring. Performance figures published on the site are compiled from multiple sources — vendor-published specifications, independent lab reports (attributed where used), and hands-on account testing — rather than from a single in-house measurement rig; see the methodology page for how each number is sourced.
