The verdict
Benchmark data and published specifications — here's where Evomi lands.
- Among the lowest advertised residential rates on the market: Core Residential from $0.49/GB on a subscription plan
- Aggressive datacenter pricing from around $0.35/GB
- Multiple network types: residential (Core and Premium), datacenter, static residential/ISP, and mobile
- Fine-grained targeting: country, state, city, ASN, ISP and ZIP, plus rotating and sticky sessions
- Genuine free trial (1-day, $0.00 checkout on Core Residential and Datacenter) plus a money-back guarantee
- Strong ethical-sourcing positioning (EWDCI certified) and Swiss base, with developer-friendly API and docs
- Accepts cryptocurrency (on pay-as-you-go), alongside card, PayPal and other methods
- Young provider (founded around 2024) with a short track record versus established incumbents
- No audited, vendor-published performance benchmarks for success rate, speed or uptime to rely on
- Headline $0.49/GB applies to Core; enabling extra features can multiply traffic consumption several-fold
- No shipping web-scraping API or unblocker yet (signposted as coming), and no documented browser extension
- Money-back guarantee is narrow, applying only if under 1GB or 10% of the plan is used
- Exact total pool sizes are vendor-stated and not independently audited; review sample size is still small

What we think after testing Evomi
Editorial review by Maya Cortez · last updated Jul 16, 2026
Evomi is a Switzerland-based proxy provider that has positioned itself, in a short time, as one of the cheapest entry points into the residential-proxy market. The company leans heavily on its Swiss identity and ethical-sourcing story (it advertises an EWDCI ethical-compliance certification and a dedicated page on its sourcing practices), and the website projects an unusually solid front for a young vendor, with company details, a phone number, SLAs and developer documentation. Independent coverage from independent testers places the company's founding around 2024 with a small team, so it is a genuinely new entrant rather than an established giant, despite marketing copy that references a founding team with several years of industry experience.
The product line spans four (soon five) network types. Evomi sells Residential proxies in two tiers, Core and Premium, plus Datacenter, Static Residential (ISP), and Mobile proxies. A web-scraping API has been signposted as coming but, based on published materials and third-party reviews, is not yet a shipping product, so anyone needing a managed scraper or unblocker today should treat Evomi as a raw-proxy vendor. On pool size, the site advertises roughly 54M residential IPs across 150+ countries, with per-country counts shown for major markets (the US page alone advertises 9.5M+ IPs). The datacenter pool is listed around 500K+ IPs. independent reviewers note Evomi is coy about exact totals, so treat the residential figure as a vendor-published number rather than an audited one.
Pricing is where Evomi makes its case. According to the pricing and product pages, Core Residential starts at $0.49/GB on a subscription (a 100GB plan is $49.99/month, with extra GB at $0.49), and roughly $0.99/GB on pure pay-as-you-go. Datacenter proxies start around $0.35/GB, Static Residential is sold per-IP from about $1.00/IP, and Mobile proxies start near $2.20/GB at higher volumes (entry mobile packages begin around 8GB). The $0.49/GB headline is a genuine outlier on the low side, given the broader residential market typically sits between roughly $2 and $8/GB. The important caveat, flagged by independent testers, is that the cheap base rate applies to Core; enabling advanced features (extra IPs, ASN targeting, and similar) can multiply traffic consumption substantially, so real-world cost depends heavily on configuration. The Premium residential tier runs materially higher (around $2.15-$4/GB depending on source).
Feature-wise, the residential product supports rotating and sticky sessions and fine-grained geo-targeting down to country, state and city, plus ISP and ASN targeting and ZIP-code filtering on the residential tiers, according to the product page and independent testers. Core residential additionally exposes filters such as latency, fraud score, device, minimum uptime, response time and protocol options (QUIC/UDP). Access is via a public API and an endpoint generator, with curl examples and documentation aimed at developers. Payment methods include credit card and PayPal, with pay-as-you-go also supporting Google Pay, wire transfer and cryptocurrency, so crypto is accepted but only on the PAYG path. Evomi offers a free trial (the site shows a 1-day trial with a $0.00 checkout on Core Residential and Datacenter) and a money-back guarantee that, per independent testers, applies only if you've used less than 1GB or 10% of the plan allowance.
Who is it for? On published specs, Evomi suits individual developers and small-to-mid teams that want very low per-GB residential pricing, a usable dashboard and a zero-cost way to validate the network before paying. The ethical-sourcing emphasis and Swiss base may also matter to teams with compliance considerations around how proxy traffic is acquired.
The weaknesses are real and worth weighing. It is a new company without the multi-year track record of incumbents, and it does not publish hard, audited performance benchmarks, so success rates and speeds should be verified via the trial against your own targets rather than taken on faith. The headline price can be misleading because enabling features can inflate traffic usage several-fold, and the cheaper Core pool is positioned below Premium in quality. There is no shipping scraper/unblocker API yet, no browser extension is documented, and the money-back guarantee is narrow. User sentiment (Trustpilot, G2 at 4.5 from a small number of reviews) is broadly positive but the sample is thin, and at least one user reported a listed location lacking active peers.
