The verdict
Benchmark data and published specifications — here's where Novada lands.
- Low residential entry price of $0.85/GB with a $10-for-10GB no-credit-card new-user trial
- Large self-reported residential pool of 100M+ IPs (live counter ~114M) across 195+ countries
- Granular targeting: country, state/province, city and ASN-level filtering at no extra cost
- Full protocol support with HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 endpoints on all products
- Broad product matrix: residential, mobile, rotating/static ISP, rotating/dedicated datacenter and IPv6
- Managed data tools beyond raw proxies: Scraper API, Web Unblocker, Browser API, SERP/Video Data APIs and an MCP integration
- Flexible payments including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and 10+ cryptocurrencies
- German-registered legal entity (Novada Labs GmbH) with a public imprint and 24/7 live support
- No independent benchmarks published; advertised 99.99% success rate and <0.5s response time are unverified vendor claims
- Restrictive refund policy: full refunds only within 24 hours and only if the product is unused (12 hours for sub-day packages)
- No refund once any traffic has been consumed, limiting real-world risk-free evaluation
- Relatively young company with no precisely stated founding year (only '5+ years experience')
- Some published IP-pool and country figures conflict with third-party directories, requiring buyer verification
- No browser extension is advertised on the official site

What we think after testing Novada

Novada is a relatively young but fast-moving entrant in the commercial proxy market, operated by Novada Labs GmbH out of Neue Rothofstrasse 13-19 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (registered with the district court under HRB 142569). The company does not publish a precise founding year, instead claiming "over 5 years of industry expertise," which places its origins somewhere around 2019-2020. On its published specifications it presents itself as a full-stack data-collection vendor rather than a pure IP reseller, pairing a large proxy network with higher-level scraping and unblocking APIs.
The headline of the network is a residential pool the site describes as 100M+ IPs, with a live counter on the residential product page showing figures around 114 million. Novada states the pool is ethically sourced and routed exclusively through its own infrastructure without third-party intermediaries. Coverage is quoted at 195+ countries and regions with city-level precision at no extra cost, and Novada advertises specific per-country IP counts (for example, roughly 8.4 million US IPs). Beyond residential, the company lists 2M+ mobile 3G/4G/5G IPs, plus rotating ISP, static ISP, rotating datacenter, dedicated datacenter and IPv6 products, giving it a broader hardware matrix than many competitors of its size. It is worth noting that some third-party directories cite larger figures (160M+ or 220+ countries), so buyers should treat the 100M+/195+ numbers on the official site as the authoritative baseline.
Targeting and session control are strong points on paper. Novada supports country, state/province, city and ASN-level filtering on residential proxies, and every product exposes HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 endpoints with authentication by username/password or IP allow-listing. Sessions can be fully rotating (a fresh IP per request) or sticky; the site references customizable sticky durations, with ISP proxies offering up to 6-hour sticky sessions and residential sticky windows commonly cited up to 120 minutes. Unlimited concurrency and unlimited bandwidth on the rotating tiers are called out explicitly, which matters for large-scale crawling.
Pricing is competitive and clearly published per product. Rotating residential starts at $0.85/GB (down from a $1.3/GB list rate), mobile at $1.5/GB, rotating ISP at $0.65/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.50/GB. Static products are billed per IP: static ISP at $1.18/IP and dedicated datacenter at $0.72/IP, while IPv6 and custom datasets route to an account manager. On the scraping side, the Scraper API is $0.90 per 1,000 successful results, the Web Unblocker $1 per 1,000, and a headless Browser API is billed at $4/GB. Novada also ships a Video Data API, a SERP/Google scraper and an MCP integration aimed at AI/agent workflows, which is a differentiator for teams building automated pipelines.
Onboarding is low-friction: there is a $10-for-10GB premium rotating residential offer for new users with no credit card required, and $10 of free credit spanning the scraping solutions and Novada MCP. The refund policy, however, is narrow and worth flagging. Rather than a multi-day money-back guarantee, Novada only allows full refunds within 24 hours of purchase and only if the product is unused; for packages of 24 hours or less the window shrinks to 12 hours. Refunds are explicitly unavailable once any traffic has been consumed, and prorated refunds are limited to genuine connection failures on Novada's side. Payment is flexible, with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and 10+ cryptocurrencies accepted.
On the tooling side, Novada leans harder into managed data collection than most pure proxy vendors. Its Scraper API returns structured results and is billed only on successful requests, the Web Unblocker is aimed at heavily defended targets that require automated CAPTCHA and fingerprint handling, and the Browser API provides a hosted headless-browser layer for JavaScript-rendered pages. A dedicated SERP/Google scraper and a Video Data API round out the catalog, and the Novada MCP integration is explicitly pitched at AI agents and Claude-style tool use, which is unusual for a vendor at this price point and a genuine convenience for teams wiring proxies into automated pipelines. Documentation on the developer site shows per-product HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 endpoints with cURL and Python examples, so integration friction is low.
Support is offered via email ([email protected], [email protected]), a WhatsApp channel, and the site advertises 24/7 live technical support. What Novada does not offer is any form of independent, verifiable performance data. The vendor advertises a 99.99% success rate and sub-0.5-second response times, but these are self-reported marketing claims with no third-party audit or public methodology, and no independent benchmarks of Novada's network appear to have been published. As with any proxy vendor, those numbers should be validated against your own targets before committing budget.
Who is it for? Novada suits businesses that want a single vendor for both raw proxies and managed scraping/unblocking, value granular geo/ASN targeting and SOCKS5 support, and appreciate a genuinely low residential entry price plus crypto payment. It is a reasonable pick for e-commerce monitoring, ad verification, SERP data and social media automation. Who should be cautious? Anyone who needs a generous trial or money-back safety net will find the 24-hour, unused-only refund policy restrictive, and buyers who require audited, benchmarked performance guarantees will not find them here. The relative youth of the company and the absence of independent testing mean a paid proof-of-concept on your own workloads is the sensible way to verify the advertised quality.
